Ricardo Walter Beller has been a partner of Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal since 1999, having joined the firm in 1996. He specializes in corporate law, finance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, project finance and oil & gas. He graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1989 with a law degree, obtained an LLM with honors at Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago, U.S.A., in 1995 and attended an M.B.A. program "Management of Organizations" at Kellogg General School of Management, Chicago, U.S.A., in 1995. He has worked as a foreign associate at Cleary, Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, New York, during 1995/96. He was admitted by the New York Bar State in 1998, and is also a member of the Bar of the City of Buenos Aires. He is Professor of “Private Equity Investments” of the Master in Law & Finance at CEMA University. He is the author of several articles published by both national and international specialized magazines. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the International Insolvency Institute, the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators and the Instituto Argentino de Ejecutivos de Finanzas.
