Luciano Ojea Quintana has been a partner of Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal since 2003. He specializes in banking, commercial and corporate law and in capital markets.His professional practice is basically focused on local and international M&A transactions, restructurings, foreign investments, capital markets transactions (local and international) and financings, and on providing advice to banks and corporations in several aspects of banking, contractual and general commercial law.He has a wide experience in highly complex restructurings of banks ordered by the Central Bank, structuring of trusts, public issuance of shares and debt, private debt restructurings and commercial contracts, as well as through the advise on the banking regulatory framework. He has also advised companies on public biddings.He graduated from the Law School of the Argentine Catholic University (1994), and obtained an LL.M. degree from Duke University (1997) and a degree from the Fores/Austral University at the Lawyers Training Program (1993), where he graduated with honors.Previously he worked at Gallo & Bruchou (1993), at Gallo & Asociados (1994) and at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett, New York (1997/8).He was admitted by the Bar of the City of Buenos Aires.
