Javier E. Patron

Javier Enrique Patrón joined Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal in 1992 and has been a partner since 1997. At present he is responsible for the firm's labour and social security law department.

He offers comprehensive advice in all aspects related to his area of specialisation. He also represents clients in administrative proceedings related to labor matters.

He graduated as a lawyer from the Law School of the Universidad del Museo Social Argentino in 1988.

Previously he worked in the Tribunal del Trabajo No. 1 of the Departamento Judicial de San Isidro, in the province of Buenos Aires, between 1987 and 1992 and at the Tribunal de Menores No. 3 of the Departamento Judicial de San Isidro during 1986 and 1987. Between 1983 and 1986 he worked as a trainee in business, commercial and corporate labour law.

He has been an assistant professor in Labour and Social Security Law in the Universidad del Museo Social Argentino since 1996 and in labour law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires from 1989 until 1992.

He has spoken at many conferences and seminars on his specialist subjects.
