Guillermo Burman has been a member of Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal since 2005 and became a partner of the firm in 2009.  His area of specialization is corporate and finance law.

He gives legal advice to local and foreign companies in different areas of business and corporate law and is specialized in the design, planning, and structuring of financial transactions, including M&As, project financing, and asset securitization.

Before joining Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal, he worked at Brons & Salas (2003-2005) and Le Pera & Lessa (1994-1998) law firms, and held a position as Legal Manager at Recovery S.A. (1999-2003).

Professor of Corporations, University of San Andrés, Buenos Aires. He was a professor within his areas of expertise at Universidad de Palermo, Buenos Aires. 

He graduated as a Lawyer, with honors, from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1994, and obtained a Master of Laws at Columbia University, New York, in 1999.

He is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar.
