Diego Krischcautzky is partner of Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal since 2006. His practice is focused in commercial, corporate and insurance law.He has broad experience in M&A transactions, structuring and financing of private equity investments; corporate governance; counseling and structuring of insurance products; advising major international companies and investment funds.Previously he was an associate of Arthur Andersen - Norte Sabino Asesores Legales where he worked from 1995 through 1997.He graduated in law with honors from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1995, and completed the courses of the Master in Law and Economics of Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2000-2001.Currently he is an Assistant Lecturer of “Economic Analysis of Corporate Law” in the Master in Law and Economics of Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar.
