Alberto J. Rivera

Alberto Jorge Rivera joined Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal Law Firm in 1994 and has been a partner since 1999. At present he is responsible for the firm's telecommunications and broadcasting law department. His area of expertise includes also Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions.

He offers comprehensive advice in all aspects related to his area of specialisation. He represents various active clients in the telecommunications and broadcasting industry, and has been responsible for several transactions, including among others, privatisation processes, M&As and project financing.

He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires with a degree in law in 1993.

He has taken part in many national and international conferences and seminars on his specialist subjects and is the author of papers of telecommunications law.

He has a post graduate on Telecommunication Law from the Universidad Austral.

He is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and the Telecommunication Practice Group of the Lex Mundi organization.
