Leandro M. Castelli joined Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal in 1994 and has become a partner in 2002. He specialises in procedural and insurance law as well issues concerning products liability, environment and arbitration. He has broad experience in complex litigation, claims of companies selling massive goods and products, and also environmental matters. Leandro worked in Davies Arnold Cooper in London, England, in insurance and reinsurance issues. He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Belgrano in 1991 and currently he is the Vice Chair for Latin America and the Caribbean of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Lex Mundi.He has written several law review articles in Argentina and other countries and has participated in national and international fora in issues concerning products liability.
