Santiago Soria joined Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal in 1997 and has been a partner of the firm since 2008.He has a vast experience in complex commercial litigation, including disputes among shareholders, “class actions”, and commercial contracts. He has also actively participated in contentious issued related to administrative law matters. Currently, his professional practice also includes domestic and international arbitrations.Before joining Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal, he worked at the Civil and Commercial Court of Appeals of La Plata, Buenos Aires.He graduated with honors from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata with a degree in law in 1996. He received the Joaquín V. González Award.He is the author of several articles related to his areas of specialization.He participates regularly in conferences and seminars in his field.He is a member of the Buenos Aires City Public Bar.
