Alberto Molinario joined Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal in 1978 and has been a partner since 1985. His practice areas include commercial, administrative and banking law, where ha has taken part in numerous large-scale transactions.He graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 1978 and his postgraduate studies consist of a Master of Comparative Jurisprudence at the New York University School of Law in 1980, a course on international arbitration and litigation at the New York University School of Law in 1983 and a Doctorate at the Universidad Libre del Museo Social Argentino in 1985 (thesis pending). In 1987 he took part in the Milbank Tweed, Hadley & McCloy training program for foreign lawyers, He was an assistant professor of Commercial Law II at the Universidad Católica Argentina between 1985 and 1989, was a professor at a lawyers’ training programme at the Escuela de Abogacía de Buenos Aires in 1985 and 1986 and a professor at a lawyers’ training programme at the Foro de Estudios sobre Administración de Justicia (FORES) between 1982 and 1984.He is a regular member of the Asamblea de Delegados del Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal, member of the Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, of the Comité de Abogados de Bancos de la República Argentina, of the American Bar Association (Section of International Law and Practice) and of the International Bar Association (Section of Business Law, Committees D y T).
