Mario L. Turzi

Mario Turzi has been a partner at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal since February 2000. He specializes in litigation, commercial and corporate law and has participated in judicial and arbitration proceedings in domestic and international jurisdictions.

Within his area of specialization he advises on matters relating to commercial, banking, construction, both public and private, investments and aspects related to administrative law. He has advised on purchases, mergers and acquisitions of companies and financial entities, where he has acquired vast experience in the evaluation of problematic account receivables and audits of large credit portfolios.

He graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1974 and worked as an associate at Lanfranco & Mariño until 1980 and as a partner there until January 2000.

He is an active member of different legal forums (including the Buenos Aires Bar Association, Banking Lawyers Committee, Interpacific Bar Association) and participates in institutions dedicated to the development of commercial exchange such as The Argentine Chinese Chamber of Commerce, The Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce and The Argentine Russian Business Committee, where he follows up on certain practical aspects of comparative law.
