A partner at Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal since 1991, Fernando Aranovich is a specialist in corporate, business and antitrust law.
Throughout his career he has advised national and international companies in all kinds of financial, business and corporate matters. Furthermore, he has wide experience in matters related to the public sector, infrastructure companies and privatizations.
He begun his professional career as an independent lawyer, and then worked as in-house adviser to the Secretary of Economic Coordination and Programming from 1977 until 1981. Subsequently he was a member of the firm Klein & Mairal from 1982 until 1991.
Fernando Aranovich graduated as a lawyer in 1973 at the University of Buenos Aires, obtained a Master in Comparative Law from the Southern Methodist University (Dallas, Texas, USA) in 1982 and was a professor of Roman Law from 1975 until 1977 and of Economics from 1977 until 1997 in the School of Law at the Buenos Aires University.
He is professor of Antitrust Law on courses for postgraduates at the Universidad Católica Argentina and San Andrés Universities.
He has published several works on public services, privatization, deregulation, foreign investment and commercial law-related matters in national and foreign legal magazines and in different national daily newspapers.
