Osvaldo Norte Sabino joined Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal as a partner in 1997. His professional practice is mainly concerned with advising on business law, corporate matters, specializing in corporate conflicts, and financial and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.Previously he practised as a lawyer in the law firms Klein & Mairal (1974-1991), Bunge & Asociados (1991-1994), Norte Sabino and Associates (1994) and Arthur Andersen-Norte Sabino Asesores Legales (1994-1997).He graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 1975, and has taught as a head professor of the course of Financial Institutions and Capital Markets at the High School of Economics and Business Management between 1984 and 1993; and Commercial Law II at the School of Law of the Universidad Católica Argentina (Catholic University of Argentina) between 1985 and 1993.He is currently a Head Professor of the course of Capital Markets at the High School of Economics and Business Management and teaches a variety of post-graduate courses at the Austral University. He is a Head Professor in the Master in Economic Business Law at the Catholic University of Argentina and teaches several post-graduate courses on corporate law at such university.
