Facundo Viel Temperley joined Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal in 1996 and has been a partner since 2007. A member of the Litigation Department, he specializes in procedural law and in civil, commercial and products liability cases. His current practice is focused on litigation involving multinational matters and collective actions.Before joining Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal he worked for the law-firm Estudio Mathé during 1992-1995 on civil, commercial and maritime law matters.He graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 1993. He is a member of the Buenos Aires City Public Bar.He is a regular member of the Procedural Law Argentine Association.He has participated and made presentations in different seminars and conferences on procedural law and civil liability.He has published many articles for specialist magazines on the matters he is specialized in.
