Pablo D. Viñals Blake

Pablo Viñals Blake has been a partner at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal since 1997, having joined the firm in 1994. He specializes in corporate and finance law.

Within his area of specialization he has advised clients in M&As, project financings, structured financings, company financings, LBO’s, privatizations, options and trusts.

He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Cátolica Argentina in 1988 and obtained an LLM from the Harvard Law School in 1992.

Previously he worked for the law firm Onetto & Asociados between 1989 and 1991 and at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, in New York, between 1992 and 1994.

He has spoken in courses and seminars and has written various articles on topics related to his area of specialization both in Argentina and abroad.

At present he is a member of the Colegio de Abogados de Buenos Aires, the Harvard Club of New York and the International Bar Association.
